a life of patience

Patience is something that many of us don’t have. I have found that what works best is if we try to be patient in times of lack or crisis. It is what will get us through to the other side. Patience means doing more than allowing life to happen. It means letting God do what he needs to do in our lives. It can seem difficult at times, especially if you’re lacking in patience. You want to succeed. You want the good times. But sometimes God knows best, and the best thing you can do is to trust him. You’ve had good times before – you’ll have them again!

a little relieved

Have you ever felt relieved from pains that life offers you? Have you ever been relieved that life didn’t turn out as bad as you thought it might when you were little? Sometimes things don’t work out for a reason. And other times, it’s there to protect you. Life is what God makes it for you to be, it’s up to him to determine how you live it. Life may seem under your control, but remember who makes it happen every day. Feel relief when things go well for you. Don’t be so ambitious in this fleeting life to miss the sight of what God has done for you. Sometimes things happen more slowly for some than others, life may not be what you thought or hoped it would be, or even moreso, what others are accomplishing, but that does not diminish what God has done for you. If you believe in God, know that he is looking out for you, and knows what you are doing every second of every day. He knows what you are thinking and hoping for, and understands that sometimes he needs to take the upper hand and guide you in a different direction. Life isn’t about what you want, au contraire, it’s about What God Wants!

a bit upset

Do you sometimes feel upset by what goes on in the world? Are you feeling upset about why life seems to be so unfair for many and just for few? Please remember that life is about more than fairness. It’s an opportunity to see it from the perspective of God. It gets complicated from here. It’s something that I’ve often wondered to myself – if life is so unfair, then why isn’t God intervening?

He helps people all the time. All the good people you’ve met in your life are from him. He is there to get you through the tough times and see you through to the sunny days after the storms. Life is full of storms, but the sun always emerges after them. It’s what happens in life – bad times then good times. God understands this better than we do. He knows that in order for us to grow as people, we have to know him and know that we can get through it with him. A life without God isn’t worth living. Look at what happens to those in entertainment, who sell their souls for fame and wealth, then wish they hadn’t. By then it’s too late. For their souls, they are given momentary wealth and fame, something so fleeting that it isn’t worth selling anything for.

I believe in a God that will take care of his people when the time comes for them to need him. He sends people, he alleviates pain, he makes opportunities, he sends messengers, he relieves, and for those who fail to make his connection, he is waiting for them on the other side. Believe me, even those at their worst encounter him at some point. He makes his presence known to all. Know your God and know freedom.

a question

Where are we in time? Is it 2020? Or is it merely a strand of time on which we stand. Have we truly progressed or are we merely figuring out things? Are we behind in technology or have we so much more to look forward to? Is life a moment in which we blink and then it’s over, or are we meant for so much more? So many questions to be answered – have they already been addressed by the ancients? Are we looking to the correct spirit guides for the answers? I believe that we are meant for so much more than what life offers us. This is just a moment in which life is here to occupy our lives and then it’s over before we know it. It’s what we do in such little time that matters. And although it’s good to look forward to what’s ahead, it’s important to remember that life is here for us to make the most of it. Take heed to those who say you only live once. I firmly believe that this life is merely the beginning.

a life of love

Some of what we experience as relationships are not meant to last. That can be the hardest lesson to learn. Sometimes all we need is someone in the meantime. Life can be hard and that person can be there as an anchor to keep us from drifting off. The worst thing that can happen in life is never finding that person to get you through. Sometimes we need more than ourselves. So this is what I recommend – leave your fears behind and enter relationships wholeheartedly and without reservation. This will get you through the rough times and sometimes you might find a partner for life.

an education

Have you truly assessed what one really learns in college? Perhaps there’s more to it than actually life studies and pre-law. There is more to an education than what one learns in class. I think I learned mostly from my friends and life experiences. This has truly shaped me into the person I am today. I am grateful for what I have learned and hope to accomplish more in the future. But what we learn in class is just to get us started – it is up to you to finish.

a life of oblivion

Some may say that due to the state of things, the world may be coming to an end. I think we have to reassess where we are in a lifetime in order to make a sure assessment of the situation. Life is more than just money and material possessions; It’s also about where we are in life and what we can do to better look forward to our future. It used to be about money for me – actually, I thought that money was the only way to happiness. I’ve since learned that life offers more than that. Life is about our closeness to God. That’s the meaning of life. The closer we are to Him then the way we live our lives takes shape in that way.
