We have with us the potential to do anything we set our minds to. We are able through God to achieve many things, within reason, but without him, we are left to what people do to get ahead in the world, none of them savory. What is essential is that we remember our potential to be future Angels in his kingdom, which is something that almost nobody will get to do. Only few people will make it to God’s Kingdom, and that is not something to be taken lightly. As long as you are on the path to positivity, and in his light, then you can be uplifted. Take heed to those who inform you that your potential is here on Earth, I disagree. Yes, we can achieve many things here in this life, but what matters most is what you can do to reach the next.
a life of forgetfulness
Being forgetful is normal. Sometimes we simply forget. But what we do with what we remember is important. In point of interest, we’ll explore what we remember about God’s plan for us.
He wants us to be with him. We often forget about what is important in life, this very presence of God, when we get lost with worldly concerns. We must always do what we are told to do by God in order to gain our spot with him in his Kingdom. And what is vital is that we forget the worldly problems we have, and always remember the Heavenly gains we shall inherit.
a life of pleasure
Is there something that brings you the most joy? Have you reached the pinnacle of joy from pleasures attained or from those given? Or, are you someone who is constantly seeking pleasure – from people, from partners, or from things?
Is life something to please us, or challenge us? I believe that it is there to please us when we try to find those few pleasures, and it is there mostly to challenge us to be our best people – representatives of God. We are tasked to be our most excellent person in the face of those who don’t know God, or even those who openly defy him. We are representatives of the faith, in our every day actions, and behavior. It is important to show love to our fellow companions and be skeptical of those who try to lie and cheat us.
Pleasure is the one thing that keeps us coming back. Pleasure can be attained or it can be given; whether it is something we have or don’t have, pleasure is essential in life. Life cannot run without constant pleasure – because it is full of so much misery. Pleasure is what makes us leave our homes and work. We want to afford necessities and we also want to give ourselves those pleasures to keep going. Pleasure should not be underestimated. Indulge!
a life of fulfillment
Do you feel fulfilled? Or, are you still striving for some purpose to your life? Is it still early to determine what you will do in life, or are you enjoying or preparing for your later years? Is it still something to consider for you to form a family, or have you been married and settled for ages? Is it something you want, to be married, settled, and a parent, or do you crave independence and freedom?
Sometimes fulfillment comes in many forms: Career, life achievement, family, and faith. Sometimes it is the moment when we realize that God is our commander and companion that life gives itself meaning. Other times it is when we want to realize that future career goal or meet that special person when we have achieved our finest hour. Or perhaps it’s a personal goal you’ve wanted to achieve, say, a bucket list item.
Life is full of potential. There is always an opportunity to show some love and appreciation for what God has given you. Even if you are blind or deaf, or suffered a war injury, or if you have some form of mental disability, you can seek the same fulfillment in life as a person who hasn’t experienced these disadvantages.
God expects you to be your best person no matter the circumstances. Try to challenge yourself to be your best person, not necessarily live your best life, because your BEST life is the one to be in God’s Kingdom, never here on Earth. That is a great deception, that your best life is here on Earth; don’t fall for it.
a life of merchandise!
How do you spend your money? Are you a fan of spending it on goods and things that provide momentary joy? Are you always spending your money online or in boutiques? Is this something that you find pleasing? Or, is it something that you can’t help?
God wants us to enjoy the best of life, which unfortunately, doesn’t include things. The best in life is provided to us in the form of love. Love gives us the impetus to improve our lives, and it gives us the opportunity to form families and bring life to the world. Love is what makes us tick. So please, remember that it is what brings us the most eternal that matters most, not the things we have.
a life of failure
Have you ever felt like you failed in life? Do you feel underwhelmed by how things turned out? Are you not being the person you hoped you would be? Well, don’t fret, so many of us are feeling that way. In a way, it is a sign that you are an unfinished canvas, to be finished and painted upon by God.
It is not enough to say that I failed, that’s it, no more can be done. Life continues with this failure in mind. Even if you were to give up today, life would still go on. Take advantage of that fact, and move along with it. Look forward, straight ahead, and take the necessary precautions to prevent future failures. You can do anything God put inside you to accomplish. It’s not enough to fail and stop. Life moves. You must move with it. Moving is essential to leaving behind things that are not productive.
Life is full of chances – and they appear each time the sun comes up. Take advantage of your resources and do the best you can, and you might end up exactly where you want to be!
a life of God’s plan
What is God’s plan? What does he want you to do? What is in store for you? Maybe he has something better than what you have planned for yourself. That is the beauty of following God’s plan. He might surprise you.
But we must take it day by day and do our best. In connection with God is what we must be at all times. It is how we manage life on Earth where there are forces spent to destroy you just because you follow God. In times like these, when we are facing biological, physical, and systemic tribulations, we must try to live our best lives in God and forget what we might have thought was right. It is the most essential thing to do surprisingly, because sometimes what God wants us to do is not what we were trained to do. So many people, for instance, work careers outside of what they studied in schools. This is because God offered them opportunities outside of their craft to do well. It might be a testament to his glory that they decided to follow God’s plan instead of their own. So in order to be fulfilled, live in his glory, and be your best person, trust God’s plan over your own.
a life of gratitude
Were you grateful during the holidays? Was all you could think about were your problems or your loneliness? Or, were you grateful for all the little things you have in life? Do you celebrate the holidays for the idea of getting gifts or one – upping the person next to you, or are you taking time to express gratitude for having the things you do?
What you do whenever there is a great holiday determines how you view the gifts that God has given you. It makes the life you lead much richer when you are grateful for the things you have, even if they are not enough, and even when you want more. The best thing you can do is enjoy life as a full one, instead of a partial one. It is easy to fall into the commercial trap that life presents us, and compare what we have to our neighbor. It is essential to love what you have as an extension of God’s compassion towards you. It shows great character and love for God when you show determination to be grateful for everything you have. And it even means so much more when you don’t have much.
a life of study
Some call ourselves lifelong learners. I believe that the best form of learning comes from having a direct connection with God. Knowledge changes every day – it depends on who’s in power. History never rewards the meek; it’s written by and for the ruling class. Take no heed to what you may have learned from books or institutions. The true knowledge comes from God. This is the ancient knowledge – this is the secret text. This is what makes life worth living. Taking God as your wisdom leader and teacher is the best decision that you could ever make. The best thing about life is our ability to connect with God and learn from him. Take time to separate yourself from worldly wisdom to know the true knowledge and you will be known as an Angel.
a life of modesty
Is the life you lead one of modesty? Are you careful about how you spend and what you do? Are you in company with good people or bad people? Is something you do each day dedicated to God? Are we lost in life or have we been found? It’s easy to get lost in the everyday things we do without focusing on the big picture: we should be modest for God and in everything we do. Modesty doesn’t mean we don’t take advantage of great things and live extravagantly every now and again. What it means is that we have a perspective of what is necessary to show and what is unnecessary to flaunt. He wants us to be modest in our output. He expects us to be an example to those who are not wise to our world. He wants us to be excellent in our behavior and modest in our approach to life. This is what God wants.
