The way we choose to live our lives depends on how much hope we have for the future. Some of us place too much hope on nothing, and expect nothing, while others place hope in the present – tangible evidence of things that can be seen. There are so many ways to complete your day without feeling hopeless – it can be a detriment to any growth. The most important thing you can do is place hope in yourself and in God, because that is definitely going to come through, eventually.
Hope is a funny thing, sometimes it dwindles in the light of opposition. In times of trouble, it’s fleeting, but we must remember to hold on to hope in the case that we might be challenged to be our full selves in this life; and without hope, we cannot stand a chance against all the opposition that this world throws at us.
